What does my ticket include?
First and foremost, your ticket purchase goes directly to Project Playground 2.0, the volunteer initiative to rebuild the playground at Gardner Field. Thanks to our sponsors, all children's activities—rides, Touch-a-Truck, facepainting, balloon animals—are included in your entry fee. While enjoying food and drinks from the food trucks and craft beer in the beer garden (all for purchase), enjoy an afternoon with friends and family while rocking out to live music by Quarter Pound Jones. Your entry also grants you access to our vendor area featuring direct sales, artisans, local businesses and Project Playground 2.0 bricks.
Bring cash, but if you run low after buying 35 empanadas, there will be 2 atms on site. Most trucks accept cards.
Only obvious food like Amanda Bananas or SnoBall are gluten free. The trucks don't have the room to keep everything separate. Even though they may offer these menu items in their restaurants, it's not feasible on the truck.
There will be several options for vegetarians: ravioli, pizza, baked potatoes, vegetarian Thai dishes and grilled cheese.
If possible, to alleviate congestion, just as you would for any major event in town, we recommend walking or taking your bike to Gardner Field. Parking will be very limited at the field. Parking will be available at Pocono Parks, Riverview Elementary and if needed, St. Francis. There will be a shuttle at Pocono Parks and St. Francis for your convenience.
Per the town's rules pets are not allowed on any of the fields at Gardner. Because so much of the Festival takes place on the fields unfortunately, pets cannot be accommodated.
Rain or shine
Though the weather looks clear and brisk, this is a rain or shine event, and unfortunately, there are no refunds.
Finally, come hungry, eat great food, ride the rides, get a balloon animal and have fun!
